Jason is the ultimate MVP, supporting and coaching his clients with an unsurpassed commitment to the highest-quality service. With more than a decade of wealth management experience, Jason joined OFS Financial Services as a registered adviser in June of 2015.

While earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University, Jason was also a collegiate baseball player who went on to play in the minor leagues for four years. A shoulder injury sidelined his professional career, but Jason redirected his energy and positive attitude into helping financial clients achieve their own life’s “wins.” Now a youth coach in basketball and baseball, Jason and his wife live in Olympia.

Nicole Francis, Client Services Coordinator

Nicole (Nikki) Francis began her professional career working in the property and casualty insurance industry back in 2003. As a licensed commercial insurance agent, Nikki gained experience in all aspects of the business, working many years in underwriting with large insurance carriers.

Nikki has decades of customer service expertise, administrative support, and marketing experience. During her time away from the office Nikki enjoys the arts and being outdoors, she loves painting, hiking, and kayaking with her family and dog. A fun fact about Nikki is she’s a licensed minister in all fifty states and she officiated her father’s wedding two years ago.
