Jason Andrew, Financial Advisor
Jason believes that successful financial planning begins with relationships. As a Financial Advisor with OFS Financial Services, he works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop personalized strategies that help them work toward their financial goals with confidence. Since joining OFS Financial Services in 2015, Jason has built his practice on trust, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University, where he was also a collegiate baseball player. He went on to play four seasons of professional baseball before bringing the same discipline, teamwork, and dedication to serving his clients.
A lifelong resident of the South Sound, Jason is deeply committed to his community and his family. When he’s not meeting with clients, you’ll often find him at the baseball field. During the high school season, he’s in the stands cheering on his sons, and throughout the summer and fall, he returns to the dugout to coach youth baseball. He and his wife make their home in Olympia, where they enjoy supporting their sons and staying actively involved in the community.

Amanda Crass, Sales & Marketing Assistant
Amanda is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most. As a licensed insurance professional with OFS Financial Services, she supports clients with life, disability, and long-term care insurance while helping create a seamless and welcoming experience throughout their financial planning journey. Drawing on her background in customer service, education, and administration, Amanda is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and genuine commitment to building lasting relationships.
Amanda is deeply committed to serving her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Child Care Action Council, is an active member of Rotary, and enjoys volunteering with a variety of local organizations and community events. She believes that investing in people—both professionally and personally—is one of the most meaningful ways to make a lasting impact.
Outside the office, Amanda is the proud mom of two teenagers and spends much of her free time cheering them on at their sporting events. She also enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest through easy hikes and leisurely walks and loves capturing its beauty through photography.
Whether she’s helping a family protect their future, supporting a community organization, or encouraging others from the sidelines, Amanda believes that meaningful relationships and a heart for service are the foundation of everything she does.
